- Craig Johnson voted to cut $126 million from Long Island hospitals and nursing homes. The Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council said “our hospitals simply cannot survive these deep cuts. You will see hospitals eliminate programs and services and, in some cases, shut their doors. That’s the reality of these proposed budget cuts.”
